every playback singer first learn music and then starts singing in film as far as my knowledge is concern Ahmed rushdi was the only singer who has no Ustaad .he learned singing himself and what a great singer he was.music lover never forget him.

To date people and artists have imitated , Rafi, Mukesh , Kishore & even Mehdi Hassan but no one has dared to copy the great Ahmed Rushdi whose voice was so great it just could'nt be copied. From the fast paced Three cheers for Bhabi Hip Hip Hurray (Devar Bhabi)to the mild mellow melody of Bekal raat guzari (Eendhan) Rushdi Saheb was just phenomenal.
